Kristian is Principal Product Builder at Ocuco, focused on developing the next generation of AI-first products. He joined Ocuco in 2005 as a Professional Services Engineer and went on to become its first product manager, building the product function from scratch and leading it as Director of Product Management. In 2019 he initiated and led the Acuitas 3 programme — a ground-up rebuild that took the platform from a blank page to a modern cloud system now serving as the daily system of record for thousands of opticians across 1,500+ practices in five markets. Along the way he led enterprise deals with Specsavers, Boots and Costco, and product due diligence across ten acquisitions. Kristian holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, and speaks five languages fluently.
