Collier Optical is an independent boutique optical lab founded by Ben and Sarah Collier in May 2023. Located in North Carolina, USA, it specializes in freeform lenses, premium anti-reflective coatings, and high-end finishing. Initially, they encountered severe limitations and an unresponsive support team with their first Lab Management Software (LMS), which halted production. Seeking a better solution, they switched to Ocuco’s Innovations LMS, which reduced breakage to zero and ensured reliable data, quick installation, and responsive expert support.
