“We did work with other general marketing professionals in terms of digital marketing, websites, and stuff like that in the past. I think the problem was it was a lack of understanding of the optical industry. I think that's where OptiCommerce really came into their own, you know. They are for opticians first and foremost.”

Yeah, quite straightforward. Again, you kind of look at it and think, right, are they going to add value to what we already have? The answer is yes. Are they going to make things easier for us? The answer was yes.

Yeah, easy answer is yes. Absolutely. In a changing world at the moment, you know, how we communicate to our patients, or even new patients, is changing. We need to use all the tools that we have and OptiCommerce, I feel, are the best people to work with in the industry.
