Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Participation
This Referral Programme is open to all current and prospective Ocuco customers worldwide who wish to refer an independent optical practice, a multi-location business, or an optical lab.

2. Eligible Referees
Referred businesses must be new to Ocuco. Referrals are only valid if submitted before the referee’s first contact with Ocuco.

3. How It Works

• Referrer completes the referral form.
• Ocuco contacts the referee.
• If the referee signs up, both parties receive their respective rewards.

4. Rewards

• Referrer will receive a reward of £250, with the option to choose from:
  • Direct cash payment
  • Gift card (e.g. Amazon, One4All, or other available retailers)
  • Charity donation of equal value
  • Credit on their Ocuco account
• Referee will receive 10% off their first year with Ocuco.

5. Restrictions

• Only new customers may benefit as referees.
• Referrals must be submitted before any contact between Ocuco and the referee.

6. Reward Fulfilment
Rewards are processed following confirmation of the referee’s new customer status. Cash and credit rewards will be paid or applied directly by Ocuco. Gift cards will be issued by email. Reward options may vary depending on availability.

7. Withdrawal or Modification
Ocuco reserves the right to modify or withdraw the programme, or amend these Terms, at any time without prior notice.

8. Liability Disclaimer
Ocuco accepts no responsibility for referral entries that are delayed, lost, or contain incorrect information.

9. Privacy
Referrer and referee details will be processed in line with Ocuco’s Privacy & Cookies Policy. By participating, you consent to this data processing.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
