Collier Optical is an independent boutique optical lab founded by Ben and Sarah Collier in May 2023. Initially, they encountered severe limitations and an unresponsive support team with their first Lab Management Software (LMS), which halted production. Seeking a better solution, they switched to Ocuco’s Innovations LMS, which reduced breakage to zero and ensured reliable data, quick installation, and responsive expert support.
