I’m with Korrect Optical. We first started using Ocuco back in 2004. We were looking for a lab management system and we met with them at Vision Expo and we tried out their software. We liked what we saw and what we really liked was the ability of the product to be custom made or modified for our specific lab needs.
Well, we are in a niche business, the Optical Industry, and we need specific programming to allow for certain types of orders to be processed.
Anything that we’ve ever needed as far as custom programming, they’ve been able to do for us.
We use the lab management software, we used the online ordering portal and, we also use their lens designs for our progressive lens. And that’s been obviously one of the most successful things that we have done with Ocuco is partnering with them for our lens designs.
