Ocuco Appoints Iarfhlaith Kelly as Chief Technology Officer

Ocuco is proud to announce the appointment of Iarfhlaith Kelly as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
 
Iarfhlaith joins Ocuco with over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, including 15 years at the C-suite level. He brings a proven track record in software innovation, large-scale systems architecture, and building high-performance engineering organisations across both startups and global enterprises.
 
In his role as CTO, Iarfhlaith will lead Ocuco’s global technology strategy, overseeing the evolution of its product and technology roadmaps as the company continues to scale. His focus will be on keeping Ocuco’s systems on the leading edge, accelerating innovation, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI into the company’s next generation of optical software solutions.
 
Prior to joining Ocuco, Iarfhlaith held CTO roles at Retail inMotion and Matchbook.com, and was the founding CEO of Kitman Labs, a high-growth sports science company backed by over $80 million in investment. Across his career, he has specialised in complex legacy migrations, regulated industries, and scalable distributed systems.
