Ocuco products are designed to keep ophthalmic patient, medical, financial and product data up-to-date, free from errors and secure. Privacy is a pillar of our fundamental business ethics and, as such, your privacy is important to Ocuco. We will never ask you for personal information, unless required to perform a requested service, such as being added to our mailing list, or a request for a customer service call back. We will not ask you for superfluous information, like your age or gender, without explicit cause. And we do not share the personal information divulged to us, except to comply with the law, provide you with customer support, develop our software, and protect our rights.

Gathering Non-Personal Information

Ocuco’s website, like most websites, collects non-personally-identifying information from our visitors such as domain name, number of visits, the date and time of these visits, browser type, et al. Ocuco and its vendors require this information to measure use and analyse trends, improve the content of our websites and provide better service to our customers. Our website may provide links to third party sites and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of these sites, as Ocuco is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third party websites.

Gathering Personal Information

There are times that Ocuco will request personal information such as your name, address and email address. When additional information is requested we will inform you what we intend to use it for, such as:

  • Conducting a survey
  • Allow access to information that is not for public consumption

If you sign up for the Ocuco electronic newsletter, or the email list, each message you receive will include instructions on how to unsubscribe.
