The Sage Accounts Integration add-on exports all relevant data recorded by your PMS into a file format that can be transferred to 3rd party accounts software, such as SAGE. The add-on allows the user to categorise and configure every source for the export; for example, the current and cash accounts are set to the appropriate nominal, departmental and tax codes according to the user’s relevant Sage Accounts Package company data. The data includes, but is not limited to, sales analysis by product group, outstanding debtors, banking and petty cash analysis.

Once the Setup has been completed the user can run the Extract at their convenience, reporting by week number or between from-and-to dates, and users can preview and print the report before exporting a CSV file. As the export has been configured to match the users accounting software no re-keying of information is required, the Sage Accounts Integration automating the entire reporting process.
