Ocuco is looking for a talented self-starting sales manager to join our North American team and cover Canada and the USA. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the successful candidate be tasked to grow our current installation footprint in the North American market. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts. In-depth training of Ocuco’s products and services will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • SaaS sales of our Retail and Omnichannel applications in Canada and the US
  • Create Sales quotes for all customers and prospects
  • Record all sales-related customer interactions in Salesforce (opportunities, visits, etc)
  • Manage the sales pipeline, providing monthly and quarterly forecast
  • Plan and organize sales trips to the customer base every 4 – 6 weeks
  • Manage existing customer accounts (specifically large customers), understand their issues and proactively monitor and escalate them to the development team
  • Attend tradeshows in North America
  • Maintain all sales templates and marketing collateral
  • Support Collections when necessary
  • Liaise with Operations and Development teams to ensure successful deliveries

The successful candidate must have:

  • An IT-related degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a sales role in North America

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing eCommerce sales to Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists throughout the USA. In-depth training on Ocuco’s products and services will be provided.

  • This will also involve;
